At Art of Tea, we strive for the highest quality in every leaf; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day window for returns on accessories and unopened tea products. Due to the perishable nature of food items, opened tea packages cannot be returned, but we are committed to finding a solution you love.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our dedicated customer service team within 30 days of your delivery date to receive a Return Authorization number and a prepaid shipping label for eligible items.

  Package Your Items

  Carefully pack the unused accessories or unopened tea tins in their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit back to our facility.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location; please keep your tracking number for your records.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
